1. Why is the theory of evolution so important in understanding how human beings behave?
The theory of evolution is so important in understanding how humans behave because it explains how we have changed and adapted over time. Through the process of natural selection Darwin explains that the weakest creatures will not survive. To be able to survive and recreate the creature has to smart and strong. To explain how humans behave; natural selection has a large impact on it. For all of mankind to survive they must be able to adapt to their ever changing surroundings. Humans must have strong genes to be able to survive. Genes change over me to help people adapt to where they live.
2. Which questions do you think evolutionary theory cannot answer?
While watching the Wallace Darwin debate; Wallace makes a good point while explain that you cannot explain conciseness with evolution. He states that unconscious matter over time will not become conscious. Darwin thought differently he thought that natural selection could be stretched far and future science will prove one day that consciousness will be proven through evolution.
