Why is understanding physics and the general rules of the universe so important in doing philosophy? 1. The understanding of physics is important in doing philosophy because it has made a growing significant difference in the way philosophers would theorize sciences. Philosophy and science sought out to accomplish a theory in a sense of perceptions and to investigate into the fundamental principles of geometry, mechanics, and physics that wouldn’t avoid those questions. As philosophy is the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence, the understanding of physics and the general rules of the universe are so important in that these understandings are not about certainty but rather finding the most reliable way of thinking.
What is eliminative materialism? 2. Eliminative materialism is the radical claim that our ordinary, common-sense understanding of the mind is deeply wrong and that some or all of the mental states posited by common-sense do not actually exist. In understanding eliminative materialism, it can go one of two ways, either mental terms are empty or common sense mental ideas are false, where that would prove if you are a true eliminative materialist.

Extra... I liked how you answered the first response. Towerds the wend of your answer you hot right on with the difference between physics and philosophy. I do believe they both ha e a good understanding of what the worlds asks. With the knowledge of research the power I believe goes a bit more to physics. Thanks for the nice read. Good luck this semester.
